We created this gem in 2020. Built on a steep slope of a small mountain with fantastic views of the Tasman Sea and Kapiti Island.

The wall cladding consists of a special aluminium profile which is powder-coated and can therefore withstand the harsh salty air. We imported all the essential building materials, such as the windows and the large sliding door elements, as well as the kitchen, the oak floors, the solid wood interior doors, the entire bathroom fittings and the real granite stone cladding, from Europe.
