Reconstruction

We can claim that we know the mistakes that are possibly made in reconstruction. Since this is an existing property, it is all the more important to keep an eye on even the smallest detail when planning a reconstruction. Reconstruction is not a renovation and of course not a new building of a property.

Before the actual reconstruction can begin, a comprehensive inventory must be made. This is followed by the possible and often necessary replanning of the layout in cooperation with our architects and engineers. Only then can work begin with complete gutting. A gutting takes place from the ceilings to
the removal of the floors. Removal of partial walls and the often necessary removal of the existing windows and sliding door elements. We remove all media lines, such as water, sewage, electricity and gas.

Now that everything has been gutted and the actual state of construction is now clearly recognizable, it is checked whether the existing inventory and the already planned layout can still be implemented. The layout may need to be revised. In this way, costs are reduced to the minimum possible. Any other approach would be like building on luck.
