We completed this apartment building in 2018. It has 15 apartments spread over 5 floors. The apartment sizes are between 95 and 156 square meters. Due to the preferred residential area in Baden-Baden, all apartments have 3 or 4 rooms plus, of course, bathrooms and a kitchen and dining area. It was also important to us that all apartments have a balcony.
