The goal between us and the owner was clearly defined. The aim was to bring a 1980-built single-family home up to date with the current state of the art. So we completely gutted the house. That means dismantling the old heating system and removing all electrical wiring, as well as gas and water pipes. We have changed the entire layout to suit living and brought everything up to date. However, the outdoor facilities were created by the owner himself.
